The listing data is provided via the Charlottesville Area Association of REALTORS MLS IDX feed. IDX (Internet Data Exchange) is an optional service in which sellers and brokers choose to participate. Because participation is voluntary, it is possible that not every single listing will be displayed in a search. However, the vast majority of Brokers and Sellers choose to particpate. If you think there might be a listing or two missing, feel free to contact us, and we will conduct a search of the entire MLS for you.
The search engine displays results of a search both in list form, and on the provided map. Clicking on a particular listing will take you to to the detailed information for that listing. The search engine is extremely powerful and provides even more information than is available through the public feed of the MLS. If, however, you want to take advantage of ALL the features of the search engine, we encourage you to register and set up your own account.
